How to make a natural deodorant?

Do you suffer from irritated skin underarms, do not like the smells of deodorants from shops or do you want to stop using chemical products for your body? Then you will need our recipes antiperspirant – home, natural and very cheap.

Side Effects of Deodorants

A lot of research devoted to this product, which is so often used by women and men. We, the consumers, do not think about what deodorants are made of and believe that they are all the same, whereas in fact some ingredients can cause serious environments to our skin. Most deodorants contain aluminum chlorohydrate – a substance that clogs the pores of your skin and does not allow it to breathe, thereby preventing sweating. Many believe that this is the main function of deodorant.

But this process rudely disrupts the natural regulation of temperature in the body: aluminum chlorohydrate prevents your body from cooling those parts that need to be cooled, and this can lead to serious problems. In addition, some studies link the use of deodorants to breast cancer, since the particles of this drug penetrate the skin just in the chest region.

Yes, a deodorant can be harmful, but if you stop using it, you’ll smell bad. You have two options: buy only those deodorants that do not have aluminum salts, or make your own – natural! – antiperspirant at home.
