Baked pie with carrots

Peel the onions and cut into small pieces, and do the same with leeks, carrots and pumpkins. Place them in a frying pan along with olive oil and sea salt. Fry them until they are cooked and pull them out of the frying pan. Mix them with both cheeses. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cover the pastry with baking paper.
Roll the dough on a floury surface until it becomes very thin. Sprinkle a little crumbs of crackers on the dough, and then lay out the future stuffing. It’s okay if when folding a little of the filling will remain outside.

- 2 tablespoons raisins
